The structure of YCAT is shown below:

Members, Trustees and individual school governing bodies are the key drivers for sustained improvement of the Yorkshire Collaborative Academy Trust and are very effectively supported by our Finance, Risk and Audit Committee, School Improvement Committee and the School Improvement Leadership Group (SILG).

The members of YCAT bring a wealth of experience from education, legal, business, banking and HR. Their role is to hold Trustees and schools to account.

Our governance approach in YCAT adopts an organic leadership model focusing on adaptability at all levels and responding quickly to the changing needs of our schools. It is built on cooperation and involvement from all who work in and serve our trust.
